What is Nelson King?

Previously specialising in the FMCG sector, Nelson King is now the the eco-recruitment division of eco-economix, concentrating on recruiting in the renewable energy sector but maintaining all of our contacts and friends in the FMCG community for whom we still recruit.

Established in May 1996, Nelson King was set up to fill the gap in Executive Recruitment for highly discerning clients needing top calibre senior sales and marketing people in the consumables sector. From 2010 - we expanded to enable us to recruit in the Renewable Energy sector.

In early 2009 Nelson King chose to up its act. Since the early '70s the two principal partners have been passionate about the environment and improving the ways we use resources, including renewable resources. The Gulf Oil tragedy, the accelerating
cutting of the rainforests etc seemed to be pulling us to a place where finally we could use our long-won expertise to make a difference to our world.

We choose now to recruit the highest calibre, C-level, board level and senior sales and marketing professionals within the
Renewable Energy Sector. Senior people working in PV, Solar Thermal, Heat Pumps, Wind, Voltage Optimisation,
Water Recycling, Biomass, Green Vehicles will find us ready to add value to their careers.

FMCG skills Welcome

Because industry respects so much the skills, disciplines and work ethic of the f.m.c.g. community with whom we have worked so closely these last 15 years, we would especially welcome applications from this sector to work within renewables.

A small amount of retraining will be needed; but your classical and well-respected skills would add huge value to companies not presently known for their strategic strengths.

Nelson King will be applying the same quality processes that have enabled us time and time again to delight clients with
successful recruitment outcomes where all other recruiters had failed.

We look forward to making our contribution to CO2 emissions reductions by recruiting real results-driven staff who create

And as with all completed recruitment outcomes over the last few years, Nelson King continues to donate a percentage of fee
income to a good cause - to date, we have sent donations covering the cost of saving more than 15,000 eyesights / lives
(River Blindness is fatal, once contracted) in West Africa and Indonesia.
